Terms and Conditions
By contacting me (Shuki (SHiGANE)) for a commission via submitting the provided Google Form, you agree that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
If you are requesting an oto commission for an UTAU voicebank that is not recorded by you, in order for your commission to be accepted, you must provide proof that the voice provider of the UTAU voicebank permits me to make an oto configuration for it.
I will not accept UTAU voicebanks with recordings that are the output of RVC or any other Singing Voice Conversion (SVC) program. No exceptions. The UTAU voicebank must be manually recorded.
You must credit Shuki (SHiGANE) for your UTAU voicebank's oto configuration when you distribute your UTAU voicebank. You may not remove my oto configuration credit from the UTAU voicebank's readme.txt file.
Payment is accepted upfront. No refunds are allowed unless circumstances outside of my control prevent me from completing your commission, in which case I will initiate the refund. Work on the commission will not begin before I receive payment. I will be in contact with you via email at least every two weeks while I work on the commission.
Once payment has been accepted, the commission's oto type and add-ons cannot be changed. Also, changes to the amount of the UTAU voicebank's recordings cannot be made. Please make sure all of the information is correct and the UTAU voicebank contains all of the recordings that you want configured before submitting the Google Form.
If you find any errors with the oto configuration after the commission has been completed, I will fix them free of charge if you notify me within 4 weeks of the commission's completion.
Purchasing an oto commission service from me does not obligate me to promote the UTAU voicebank.
I hold no responsibility for any damages that occur in relation to the commission's UTAU voicebank (except for my work done on the commission) and/or the client before and after the commission is completed.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission with no further explanation.

Example: $30 total with a hard deadline and commercial use = 30 + (30 x 0.75) + (30 x 1.00) = $82.501 Extra phonemes are phonemes that aren't Japanese vowels (あ, い, う, え, お, ん, んng, んn, んm), consonants (k, ky, g, gy, s, z, sh, j, t, d, ch, ts, n, ny, h, hy, b, by, p, py, f, v, m, my, y, r, ry, w), and anything in the included section. An example of one phoneme group is English L. Two phoneme groups are English L and English R. Let me know how you want these extra phonemes to be aliased.
Example: A 2 pitch Japanese CVVC voicebank (recorded with the same BGM & reclist) that has English L's and English R's = (9 + 2) + (5 + 2) = $182 Makes the Japanese voicebank contain both Japanese aliases and English C+V aliases. If you only want English C+V aliases in the oto, select the Japanese CV/CVVC/VCV to English C+V voicebank type instead.3 Analyzing each recording individually to remove pops, clicks, noise, and other things that affect the quality of the voicebank's output.4 Makes the voicebank's output smoother, but limits the voicebank's compatibility to OpenUtau only. Might still have crossfading issues for note lengths that are 60 or less.5 Makes your commission next in line to be worked on. Does not put you in front of existing Rush Order commissions. Please view the commission log to see the amount of existing Rush Order commissions.6 Depending on the deadline, you may be prioritized over Rush Order commissions. Please note that the feasibility of the deadline will be discussed prior to confirming the final cost of the commission. Commission Workflow
After the client submits the provided Google Form, I will review the contents of the submission to check if it is feasible to accept the commission.
I will reach out to the client via my email ([email protected]) to confirm the cost of the commission and give an approximate amount of time needed to complete it. If I do not hear from them after 7 business days, I will send a follow-up email and contact them via the alternate form(s) of communication they provided.
Once the commission is confirmed, I will send the client a PayPal invoice to their email address. I will not begin working on the commission until this invoice has been fully paid.
On the day the invoice is fully paid, I will add the date and client's chosen name to the commission log and begin working on the commission. I will contact the client if any voice files need to be re-recorded. I will also be in contact about the progress of the commission at least every two weeks.
Once the commission is complete, I will provide the UTAU voicebank files via a link from my cloud storage (pCloud). I will ask the client for confirmation that the UTAU voicebank files have been downloaded on their end. Once I receive confirmation, I will mark the commission as complete and add the date that it was completed to the public commission log. Voicebank files will be deleted from my cloud storage 4 weeks after the commission has been completed.
If any oto configuration errors are found within 4 weeks of receiving the completed commission, I will fix them free of charge.
